Where do I find my driver's earnings?

A driver’s earnings can be viewed in the driver’s settlement section. Depending on how you have scheduled your settlements you can see how much your driver earns in a given time period.


What does the big orange banner mean at the top of my driver's timeline?

This banner indicates that for this driver the ELD provider has not given the latest location and/or HOS logs. Depending on the ELD provider this may be for several reasons. You can use the Update button to compensate for the lack of data. Once the ELD comes back with more recent data the bar will be removed.

How do I reset my password?

Currently, password reset is done through the forgot password option on login page. Enter your DOT number and associated email address, then click “Forgot Password”. This will send an email to your registered email address with the instructions to reset your password.


What is Axele's ideal customer? Fleet size, equipment type, etc.

Full truckload carriers with 5 – 100 truck fleets running dry vans and reefers.


In what countries is Axele currently available?

Axele is currently available in the United States. If you would like Axele to be brought to the countries outside of this list, please let us know by sending an email to support@axele.com.


How long does it take to verify my fleet once I sign up?

Not long at all. Your fleet is usually verified on the same day you sign up for Axele.


Which internet browser is Axele compatible with?

Axele is designed for Google Chrome. You can use other browsers but there is no guarantee each feature will work properly.


Does the Axele mobile app work with Apple and Android?

Yes, it works on both devices.
