You have the option to configure many preferences that would apply throughout Axele. These preferences can be found within the Settings > Preferences > Company tab (see Image 1 below). This article will explain each preference section and the options provided.
To edit a preference, click the Edit button at the top right corner of the section.
The following table contains each preference that can be customized within this section. See Image 2 below for a screenshot of the section.
Make sure this is complete. The information here is added to customer invoices and driver settlements.

|Load ID Prefix||This would be added at the beginning of each load number created|
|Next Load/Invoice ID Number||Add the number you prefer for the next load created This is helpful to continue your load sequencing in Axele from your previous TMS or system|
|Invoice Terms||Due on receipt Net 15 days Net 30 days|

|Settlement Day/Date||Choose the day to begin settling driver payments The day of the week you choose will carry over into the selected Settlement Period Length|

|Collect Load/Unload Timings*||By default, the driver is prompted to mark that they have arrived at and departed from a stop from within their mobile app Select Yes here if you would also like the driver to mark that they have started/stopped loading at the pickup, and started/stopped unloading at the drop off|
|Make Bill of Lading (BOL) Mandatory*||Select Yes to require this document to be uploaded on each load|
|Make Proof of Delivery (POD) Mandatory*||Select Yes to require this document to be uploaded on each load|
|Make Documents Mandatory (Mobile) *||Select Yes to require all mandatory documents to be uploaded by the driver through their mobile app before the load can be completed and they can move on to their next load|
|Stop Activities Autofill Option||Helpful for dispatchers updating a driver’s stop activities on a load from the web app using the Update Progress option (Operations > Loads > select a load that is In Progress > Update Progress)|
|Variable Cost Per Mile||Used within the load board search results and Quote Evaluator to calculate $/day|
|Fixed Cost Per Truck Per Day||Used within the load board search results and Quote Evaluator to calculate $/day|
|Work Week Start Day||Select the day of the week you start the work week This is reflected on the Dashboard and Operations > Driver Dispatches Gantt chart|
|Default Time Zone||Select the time zone of your primary location|
|Default Equipment Type||Selection will apply during load and load template creation|
These preferences directly relate to the dashboard of Axele.

|Hide Financial KPIs for Non-admin Users||Select Yes to hide the financial section of the Dashboard for everyone except Admins (see Image 7 below)|
|Target Weekly Revenue||Update your company preference here to reflect in the Revenue This Week section (see Image 8 below) We divide this number by the number of your drivers to calculate the Target Revenue per Driver|
|Target Revenue Per Total Mile||Update your company preference here to reflect in the Revenue/Total Mile section (see Image 9 below)|
|Target Revenue Per Loaded Mile||Update your company preference here to reflect in the Revenue/Loaded Mile section (see Image 10 below)|
